Leadership Team

Carole Still - Managing Director -
As a qualified higher education lecturer and mediator, Carole has been at the cutting edge of adult learning techniques for over 20 years. Combined with her experience in the corporate world as a practitioner, board member and advisor to several private sector companies, Carole has direct experience of the issues and challenges faced from both sides.

John Hamlen - Operations Director -
Prior to founding Simply Business Skills, John spent over 20 years in the financial services with international experience in roles ranging from development, operations, sales, and global account management. During this time he had first hand experience of how graduate recruits - though very bright - were usually ill equipped to be effective in the business world.

Our People

The Simply Business Skills team consists of a diverse mixture of full-time and freelance subject area specialists. However, they all have one thing in common: at least 10 years of real-world experience in the business area they teach.
