40% Education Discount on Workshops

A UK client institution qualifies for the 40% higher education discount over the corporate rate if, at the time of booking, it is a:

HEFCE-funded higher education institution, or
HEFCE-funded further education college, or
State school

Bookings

Booking requests may be made by phone or email and confirmed by email. An invoice is then emailed to the customer.

Payment

Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date or 7 days before the course (whichever occurs first). A booking is confirmed once payment is received by cheque or BACS transfer.

Cancellations

If a customer needs to cancel, 100% of the fee will be refunded provided the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the start of the course. No refund is given if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the start of the course.

Money Back Guarantee

If a customer is unhappy with the service offered, Simply Business Skills will refund their money in full. All we require is that you give us feedback to enable us to correct any trainer or content shortcomings that prompted the refund request.
